Job Description
• Developing effective sales strategy & hunt new clients.
• Educating customers on products and services.
• Maintain daily activities, update Pipeline, update DCR with daily Positive Prospectus.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
