Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a diverse range of Chinese dishes, including dumplings, chow mein, stir-fries, and more. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high standards for taste, appearance, and quality. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain freshness and availability of ingredients. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items, while also accommodating special dietary needs or requests.
Requirements:Proven experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef, with a deep understanding of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients. Demonstrated ability to create delicious and visually appealing dishes that satisfy our customers' cravings for authentic Chinese cuisine. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
